An HRD Corp Certified Trainer specialising in occupational psychology, stress regulation, and workplace mental resilience.
A medical doctor with more than a decade of experience in psychiatry and occupational safety and health at Hospital Bahagia Ulu Kinta.
His sessions combine guided discussion, roleplay, and workplace scenarios to make clinical and behavioural concepts relevant to everyday work.
